I got to speak with Rex from Eightcubed an electronic act based out of Toronto. We had a pretty in depth conversation about mythology. I also got some good tips about where to visit next time I’m up in Toronto.

This was a telephone call to Australia. The time difference made it so that I was up early in the morning and they had to stay up late at night. These guys really care about hip-hop and perceptions. It was a pleasure to speak with these young guys I hope you enjoy.

This interview was conducted via the telephone while Cory was on the road driving to a gig. Cory is a very interesting dude with much love for the South. The man with a big beard is doing big things, be on the look out for him traveling the country with a masters degree he has no use for!

RJ and I met at Bean n’ Leaf in Downtown Rochester for this interview so please excuse the coffee grinders and espresso machines that you will hear in the background. I had gone to see one of Imagine Nation’s shows last fall, and I can tell you they bring quite the devoted fan base. This interview times perfectly with RJ’s latest release of his solo project, even though he is still is very active throwing shows with the boys from Imagine Nation. I would like to dedicate this interview to Frank Lloyd Wright who is one of RJ and mines favorite architects.

When I read this young ladies bio I automatically thought of my good friend Emily Rose. She is environmentally conscious and loves to do things her own way. Vanessa has a very interesting story and fabulous family history. We went on the longest tangents on some of my favorite topics to discuss. Jeff was the first country artist I have ever interviewed. It is always refreshing to break outside of the realm of the new music scene and delve into something totally new (to me at least). If you like country music but cannot stand young country Jeff is the dude for you!

I had the pleasure of talking with Artin from Australia via Iran. Artin and his band mate form a group called Purple Disco and they record all their music over the Internet. I do not want to give to much away due to the situation over in Tehran so you will just have to listen.
