Interview with David Erik Nelson
by Robo Robb on Oct.11, 2012, under journalism, Technology
I met David this summer at Maker Faire (well I didn’t actually meet him I played with some instruments he made out of tin cans). Towards the end of the summer, I finally sat down with David Erik Nelson–I am being really careful to use proper grammar and spelling (David is an editor). David does a great many things from fiction writer to consulting. This interview was fascinating because we talked about everything from the Macpodz to decolonization. Take a listen and enjoy!

Radio Interview with Hubert Sawyers III
by Robo Robb on May.20, 2012, under Hip-Hop, Technology
The reason you are even listening to this interview in its archived form is because of this man right here. Hubert Sawyers the Third (I like spelling it out better) is a man of evolution and progress. When I interviewed Hubert he brought, one of my favorite people, Self Says (here is an interview with Self Says from 2009) with him. Not only do we discuss the independent music business but we talk about how Hubert used to spit crazy rhymes. I’m not going to give away anymore, you need to take a listen!

I had the opportunity to speak with Saron, a.k.a. Mr. Uppercut from Detroit CYDI, about his job as a software engineer. I must appologize in advance, this story was hastily thrown together. Take a listen and enjoy! Hope you get a better understanding, as I did, of what exactly software engineering is all about.
